Project manager IT / product owner

As a Project Manager, you will be jointly responsible for monitoring the structure, progress and coordination of MyCore projects. You will focus on smooth collaboration with our sister company, AbsoluteJOBS, as well as internal teams, so that projects are carried out efficiently, on time and within the agreed frameworks. This role is project-based and has a cross-team character. You will work with various departments and external partners, without having direct people management responsibilities.
- You will work closely with the current Project Manager;
- You will co-coordinate MyCore projects from start to delivery;
- You plan and organise projects, monitor deadlines and ensure a clear project structure;
- You maintain contact with both internal teams and external partners (such as AbsoluteJOBS) and ensure clear communication;
- You support and take over tasks where necessary to relieve the current Project Manager;
- You identify and limit project risks so that projects remain predictable and manageable.

- You have experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role;
- You work in a structured, systematic manner and can monitor multiple projects simultaneously;
- You communicate clearly and professionally;
- You are also able to provide telephone support;
- You identify risks and bottlenecks in a timely manner and make adjustments where necessary;
- You are sociable and can work accurately; · You think creatively to solve problems;
- You value discretion;
- You are a team player, but can also work independently;
- You can adapt to changing circumstances (flexibility);
- You are results- and customer-oriented and have good communication skills;
- In addition to knowledge of the Dutch language, knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage;
