As Technical Coordinator, you are responsible for the technical stability, development and scalability of MyCore. You ensure that the product remains reliable, high-performing and future-proof, so that both internal teams and customers can work optimally with MyCore. The role of Technical Coordinator is that of a technical specialist with a long-term strategic role.
Profile
Experience:
- You are not purely a programmer, but focus on analysing technical issues and translating complex material into understandable language;
- You are responsible for the technical quality and future-proofing of the product;
- You work closely with other teams to ensure innovation and continuity;
- You ensure that MyCore remains stable, even with new releases and expansions;
- You document and share knowledge within the team so that expertise is retained and transferable;
- You contribute ideas about the performance and stability of the system;
- You provide support for complex technical issues and questions from internal teams or customers;

Personal competences
- You have demonstrable experience and/or knowledge;
- You have thorough technical knowledge and like to stay up to date with new technologies;
- Experience with AI code is a plus;
- You attach importance to quality, documentation and maintainable code;
- You work independently and in a structured manner;
- You think creatively to solve problems;
- You are able to provide telephone support;
- You can work well with other colleagues and share the necessary knowledge;
- You can adapt to changing circumstances (flexibility);
- You are results- and customer-oriented and have good communication skills;
- In addition to knowledge of the Dutch language, knowledge of English is a requirement.
